Late last year, Flying Nurses International made the arrangements for me to relocate my father to a nursing home closer to me. The company thoughtfully selected a nurse they felt would be compatible for my father, booked the ground and flight transport and kept me informed every step of the way. Mark treated my father with great respect and caring, and when our plans had to change mid-flight because of two unforeseen events – a train derailment had blocked the interstate we needed to travel from the airport to the nursing home AND our flight was diverted to a nearby city – Mark calmly worked to make alternate arrangements for us to get to the nursing home once we landed,  including negotiating with the airline to let us off the plane while it refueled.
